Human Oncostatin M is Functionally Equivalent to Mouse LIF in Supporting Mouse ES Cell Pluripotency & Germline Competency 21 Jun 2010: In this application note R&D Systems demonstrate human OSM is able to maintain ES cell pluripotency in a similar manner to mouse LIF, including long-term maintenance of pluripotency and the ability to differentiate in vitro, the ability to activate STAT3, and germline transmission competency. CO2 Incubator Sterilization method with 90ºC Moist Heat Decontamination 17 Jun 2010: In this application note, Esco validate the Swiftcon 90ºC moist heat decontamination cycle of the Celculture CO2 Incubator by performing decontamination tests on 5 bacterial suspension preparations, including Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis.
